My name is Shane Meyer and I am a licensed Real Estate Broker. Thank you so much for taking the time to browse through my site and, hopefully, considering me as your future Realtor.

Having grown up in the Puyallup/Tacoma area, I have a passion for the Pacific Northwest and never miss an opportunity to brag about our beautiful state. I always tell people that Washington goes from beaches to mountains, rainforests to farms, and everything in between. It only seemed like the natural next step to become a Licensed Broker so that I could help others find their own special space in the South Sound.

I started my career in Real Estate in 2023 after attending an open house being hosted by another agent that I had known for awhile. Little did I know that I would be meeting the couple who would purchase the home he was showing that day. As soon as they walked in, you could see it on their face - they had found their home! It was such a great feeling to listen to them talk about all of the things they would want to do to the property, how they would configure their rooms to make sense with their current children and their dreams of expanding their family. It was this experience of hearing them dream out their future in this home that drove me to pursue a career in real estate.

Fast forward a bit and I got my license! I was fortunate enough to sign with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices South Sound Properties and I never looked back. Working with this brokerage has been an incredible and invaluable experience and has taught me so much about the Real Estate Market, the process of buying or selling a home, and my ability to work with clients to reach their Real Estate goals.

Since starting my career here, I have been fortunate to be mentored by an amazing group of agents who have been in the industry for 30+ years. These agents have helped teach me the ins-and-outs of the industry and the processes that go into real estate transactions. When you work with me, you work with them also.

Outside of work, I love spending time with friends and family, and finding any excuse to take my dog for a ride in the car or a romp around town! On my days off you’ll find me hiking, playing golf, skiing, boating, the list goes on and on as long as I get to be outside!
